Although we are very proud to stand as the largest Cheese storage company in the Bay of Plenty, we aren’t too big to help with smaller storage requirements.

Cool Storage by the Book

In cool storage, certificates are important. We hold the following:
• Dairy RMP certified (i.e. Risk Management Programme) - For the storage of dairy products
• RORP certified (i.e. Risk Organism Response Plan) - For the storage of dairy products
• BRC certified (i.e. British Retail Consortium) - For the storage of kiwifruit

We also offer the right facilities and processes to have these certificates:
• Bio-security Transitional Facility - For the unpacking of sea containers
• Secure Export Certified - For the packing of sea containers

Cool Storage Service Guarantee

But it isn’t just about the storage facilities and certificates, it is about the consistent quality of service that we offer. Just so that you know what to expect when goods are given to Woodland Management for safe-keeping, we offer a series of guarantees.

GUARANTEE #1 – Always Know About Progress
Communication is really important for your peace of mind. We promise to let you know what is happening, and guarantee to do so at the following three stages:
1. We will contact you to let you know we have received your goods within one hour of arrival.
2. Once your goods leave our premises, we will contact you within one hour to let you know.
3. If there is any problem with your goods such as damage in transit or infestation, we will contact you within 10 minutes of discovery so you are completely aware of any issues and we can work on a solution together.
For each one of these stages that we miss, we will refund 50% of the cost of the job to you. So if we fail on all three, we pay you for your business with a 150% refund.

GUARANTEE #2 – Never Pay Demurrage Fees
Provided you give us 5 working days notice on the arrival date and time of your cargo into Port of Tauranga, we guarantee that you will not pay any detention or demurrage penalties.

GUARANTEE #3 – Never Miss the Boat
And if you are exporting from Port of Tauranga, we guarantee to meet the departure time of your cargo provided you have given us all the necessary details at least 5 working days beforehand. If we fail, we’ll give you a week of storage absolutely free.
